What is the meaning of error codes received during USB key authorization/upgrade in Vijeo Citect
Find following a complete list of known key return codes in Vijeo Citect that may be encountered after updating the key :
Result of Key Update
The key was updated successfully
Either the KeyID or the Authorisation code
entered is invalid
Either the KeyID or the Authorisation code entered has been corrupted
Too many keys are attached to the parallel Port
No hardware key could be found
Write failed (key may be defective or may be PC hardware/software problem)
If an "Error Initializing Key" message is encountered after reading the key, there might be a need to upgrade the Sentinel System Driver to the latest version.
